Intapp Support Portal and Client Community Policy

Follow these policies to help keep our Support Portal and Client Community a place for accurate, appropriate, and helpful discussions about subjects of interest to professionals in the industries we serve. Respectful, courteous engagement at all times

Users should treat one another with professional courtesy and respect. Users may not post any illegal, offensive or inappropriate material (including any copyrighted material or material that may infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties) and may not use the Support Portal and Client Community to attempt to engage in any illegal activities.

Relevant content

Topics and posts must be clear, concise, and related to the business domain or subject under discussion for a particular forum.

Other commercial use

Users may not use the forum for (commercial) activities such as the advertising or sale of products or services, the sending of commercial messages (spam), the offering of (interactive) games or the advertising of other chat forums or websites.

Viruses and malware

Users may not distribute or facilitate the distribution of malware, viruses, destructive code, anything that may harm or interfere with the operation of the networks, servers, or other infrastructure of Intapp or others.

No sharing of private information

Please refrain from sharing personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people or companies.


Each user and his or her applicable employer is responsible for any decisions resulting from the advice or information conveyed in this community.

Reporting Abuse and Consequences

If you believe that a topic or post violates these policies, please email us at support@intapp.com or support@dealcloud.com to flag it for review. In response to a report of abuse or as part of our other review processes, the Intapp moderation team reserves the right to review content in the forums and take action if it violates these policies, including restricting access to the content, removing the content, and limiting or terminating a user’s access to the Client Community.

We reserve the right to change these guidelines at any point in our effort to keep the forum helpful, user-friendly, and safe.
